You shall be asked to provide proof of your membership during the registration process. If no proof is delivered, the fee is raised to the regular fee.
Please note that employees of Institutions which are EPS Associate Member are NOT ipso facto entitled to register for EPS2019 at the reduced EPS Individual Member fee. Employment by an EPS Associate Member institution does entitle you to a discount on Individual Membership of the EPS. Only once this Individual Membership is obtained following your application to the central EPS do you become eligible for the EPS Individual Member discount on the registration fee.
For a delegate to be considered a student
You shall be asked to provide your student ID or the letter during the registration process. If no proof is delivered, the fee is raised to the regular fee.
All payments (registration fee, excursion, dinner) should be made in advance in EURO. If you choose to pay by Bank transfer, you are kindly required to transfer the due amount by 15 days from the registration submission, otherwise your registration will be canceled.

Please make sure all bank fees are covered by the submitting account and that the payment is free of charge for the receiver account, all bank charges must be fully covered by the participant. In order to identify your payment, it is necessary to specify the name of the participant.
A collective payment for several participants from one institute/workplace should be accompanied by a list of participants with details of the amounts to be paid. This document should be sent to the EPS 2019 conference office by e-mail at email@example.com.
All fees are quoted in EURO and include VAT. A tax invoice will be issued by our financial department after your payment and sent by e-mail to you. Please do not forget to fill in the necessary details (address + VAT number) in the registration form.
When registering online, you will receive an instant confirmation of successful registration to your e-mail. The registration shall be considered as confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
Please send possible changes to registrations and cancellations by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Don’t forget to indicate your name and the reference number of the automatic reply that you will receive after submitting the registration form. All changes will be confirmed by email.
If a cancellation is received by 30 April 2019 the registration fee will be refunded with the exception of a handling fee of € 50. No refunds can be made for the cancellations received after 30 April 2019 or in the case of not participating. Note however that no extra fee will be charged if a delegate’s registration is transferred to a colleague from the same organization.
